If you need the certainty that your application is being taken care of by Linux experts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, you might want to ask Bytemark to help run your online site or application.
Our standard service level agreement and prices assume that the customer is responsible for letting us know of faults, and that we fix them.
Once we have negotiated a management agreement with a customer, we will set up server monitoring and alarms which go straight to our technical team in the event of problems which might affect your server, whether they are hardware, software or problems with other networks. Anything that might affect your application will be investigated (read our service level agreements here)
In addition you will have a dedicated contact who will be responsible for setting up your cluster and will be on hand to give advice – if they’re on holiday you have the backup of the rest Bytemark’s strong technical team and 24/7 support who will be able to assist.
Our pricing is purely based around an estimation of the average amount of work needed to service a customer’s machines every month – currently our rate is:
£42.50 per half-hour
