Our documentation starts even before you've committed to Bytemark, as we make sure your needs are carefully analysed and written down. We'll plan for expansion, and advise you on future spending decisions.

You'll have a dedicated phone number and email address to talk to the Bytemark team. Your experts will be first in line to answer your questions, but backed up by the entire company - uptime for our managed customers is their top priority.

Alice has a dual role: firstly as head of provisioning, ensuring that servers are built, parts stocked and servers delivered to our waiting customers, and secondly keeps our accounts and billing systems in shape.
