Matthew heads our Managed sales team. He'll ensure you'll get spot-on advice on hardware, virtualisation and software tweaks needed to take your application from development to 24/7 production setup. Our documentation starts even before you've committed to Bytemark, as we make sure your needs are carefully analysed and written down. We'll plan for expansion, and advise you on future spending decisions.
You'll have a dedicated phone number and email address to talk to the Bytemark team. Your experts will be first in line to answer your questions, but backed up by the entire company - uptime for our managed customers is their top priority.
Experts in their field
Your experts will be experienced server and network administrators, and can call on software developers for advice too. We take a conservative approach to managing your servers, and we have a raft of simple and easy-to-implement ideas to maximise availability and performance.
Peter designs Bytemark's extensive core network and server infrastructure, and is co-founder of the company. His years of experience growing our infrastructure from a single rack to five data centres ensure calm seas and a generously over-provisioned network for Bytemark's customers.
