Don’t panic!
If you’ve got a problem with your hosting, did you know you can probably reboot or fix your server using our console shell ? You can power cycle your system, access its serial console and reimage it if necessary.
If that doesn’t help you also might save yourself some time by checking a few places first:
- Our technical documents archive is a library of helpful documents concerning our services.
- Our forums are where our users come together to discuss our services and may have discussed your problem before.
- If there’s ongoing trouble with our network or one of our services, our network and machine maintenance forum might inform you what’s going wrong and how long it might take us to fix it.
Please also take a look at our service level agreements if you need information on what guarantees we make for various services.
