Out of hours emergencies

We understand that some problems just can’t wait, and provide an emergency contact address for these occasions. This address will page our “On-call” mobile phone and alert an engineer to your problem.

If you are going to raise an urgent query, please make sure your Subject line is as descriptive as possible, since this will be the only part of the message which reaches us until we can get to a computer.

Also please remember to check our network maintenance forum – we may not acknowledge support tickets as quickly if we’ve already written the issue up there.

You can also phone us (see previous page for the number) and ask for a message to be left for our on-call engineer – this will be transcribed, sent to the same destination.

We aim to acknowledge all urgent support tickets within 30 minutes.
