Private VLAN: Bridged
Let us assume the host is on a private VLAN 1.0.0.0/24.
For this setup:
- The MAC adresses of the virtual machines are all visible on the lan to the routers.
- br0 has eth0, tap1, tap2, tap3 as members, the server doesnt have IP forwarding enabled.
- The IP address for the server is attached to br0, but would also work on eth0. br0 is just an L2 bridge.

“We rent a dedicated server from Bytemark to run an extranet for our customer. We are now on our second server having upgraded and we've been impressed with the service we've received.”
