Bytemark: a fair and transparent tech company

Bytemark Limited* (04484629) was formed in 2002 as our main trading company and has traded as "Bytemark Hosting". It is owned 100% by Bytemark Holdings Limited.
Bytemark Holdings Limited (08150076) was formed in 2012 as a vehicle to purchase our YO26 data centre building and owns the older trading company.
On 24^thAugust 2018 Bytemark Holdings Limited was acquired by cloud computing company iomart Group plc. For more information about iomart visit www.iomart.com
*on 31 March 2022, the trade and assets of Bytemark Limited were transferred into iomart Hosting Limited (SC275629) and trades as “iomart Hosting Limited t/a Bytemark”.
